HOW CAN I BECOME PART OF THE PTFA?

Every parent at the school is a member of the PTFA but if you would like to volunteer to be on the organisation committee we would love to welcome you! Please fill in the volunteer form or email us.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY CHILD TO ATTEND AN EVENT?

Please pay via the website and follow the requested steps.

WHEN AND WHERE ARE MEETINGS HELD?

The PTFA meets via zoom on an ad hoc basis, and meets in person for socials or as needed for planning within the each event's planning group.

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO BOOK FOR EVENT TICKETS BY?

Tickets can only be purchased via the website, and typically the deadline for booking an event is two days before it takes place. Ticket sales will remain live on the website until the end of the deadline and so if it is not possible to purchase tickets on the website and it says "ticket sales closed" regrettably, it will not be possible to join the event. This is so that the names of children attending can be given to their teachers in advance to ensure the safety of the students. If the teachers do not have the names of which students are joining an event they do not know where to release them to at the end of the day.

I WISH TO PAY IN CASH, HOW DO I DO THIS?

Ticket sales are via the website's shop but should this not be possible please get in touch with us. Ticket purchase deadlines still apply.
